Join us for a field trip to a regenerative farm

Join BRiMM & British Pasture Leather for a Regenerative Farming Field Day Like No Other

Regenerative agriculture isn’t just a buzzword—it’s a movement reshaping the future of food, fashion, and the health of our planet. Alongside our screening of the excellent Common Ground documentary we’re also lining up a hands-on experience of regenerative agriculture in partnership with our friends at British Pasture Leather.

BRiMM members get priority access and an exclusive cost but the event is open to all. Here’s what you can expect:

Morning: Deep Dive into Regenerative Farming

We’ll begin our journey at one of Britain’s leading regenerative farms, where the land itself becomes the classroom. Guided by renowned experts, you’ll explore the fundamentals of soil health, grazing management, animal welfare, and the critical role of local abattoirs in sustainable food systems.

You’ll witness first-hand how regenerative practices restore biodiversity, improve animal health, and create resilient, productive landscapes. Expect lively discussion, practical demonstrations, and plenty of opportunities to ask questions.

Lunch: Celebrate Local Food

After a morning in the fields, we’ll gather for a delicious lunch featuring local, seasonal ingredients.  It’s a chance to connect, reflect, and taste the difference that regenerative agriculture brings to the table.

Afternoon: Trace the Journey from Field to Finished Leather

The adventure continues as we head by private bus to Blenkinsop Leathers’ finishing facility—one of the UK’s few artisan leather workshops dedicated to transparency and quality. During the ride, enjoy short talks and Q&A sessions with our experts.

At the facility, master leather currier Greg Miller will guide you through the art and science of leather finishing. You’ll learn how regenerative farming translates into beautiful, sustainable materials, and join a hands-on workshop exploring the natural diversity and design potential of British pasture leather.

Why this matters to BRiMM

At BRiMM, we believe that real change starts in the field, not just in theory. Our mission is to make Planet Positive Living accessible, inspirational, and joyful—showing that every choice, from what we eat to what we wear, can be a force for regeneration rather than depletion.

Events like this not only spotlight the pioneering farmers and makers who are restoring our soils and ecosystems, but also give our collective a tangible, sensory experience of what a better future looks like.

When you join us in the field, you’re not just learning—you’re helping to accelerate a post-growth economy, support regenerative supply chains, and prove that joy and abundance are possible within planetary boundaries.
