Collection: PANTRY

From single-estate olive oil to small-batch chocolate, this is a short list of pantry staples chosen by taste first, credentials second.

Everything here comes from independent makers we've met. Bold Bean Co's jarred queen beans, the ones that turned a tin of beans into an actual dinner. Olive oil from Citizens of Soil, B Corp certified and pressed from five family-owned Greek farms, and Honest Toil, single estate and refilled from a closed loop. Coffee from Kiss the Hippo, whose roastery is Certified Carbon Negative and pays growers double the Fairtrade price, and Origin, B Corp certified and roasting in Cornwall. Tea from Good & Proper. Granola from Komodo Bakery. Pasta from Northern Pasta Co. Chocolate from FATSO and Cosmic Dealer.

Every brand goes through the same vetting before we stock it. For food that means organic or regenerative farming, fair pay down the supply chain and packaging that isn't a problem, all backed by independent certification rather than a nice-sounding claim on the label. Then we taste it, because none of that counts for much if dinner's rubbish. See how we vet every brand.
