Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you order. If something arrives damaged or isn't right, get in touch at hello@wearebrimm.com and we'll sort it.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items need to be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition they arrived. You'll need your proof of purchase and a photo of the product.

Start a return through the Returns section of your account, or email us at hello@wearebrimm.com.

Once accepted, we'll send a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Please don't send anything back without contacting us first.

A note on vendor returns: some products are fulfilled directly by our brand partners. Where that's the case, their return terms apply, including any shipping fees. We'll always let you know if this affects your order.

Received something damaged? Contact us straight away. We'll make it right.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll let you know if it's been approved. If it has, your refund goes back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 working days for this to appear, as banks can take time to process their end. If it's been longer than that, drop us a line at hello@wearebrimm.com.
