Award-winning, buttery and herby with a clean finish – this oil is both made in small batches on a family-owned mill in Greece and supports female-led farms using regenerative practices. Made from British spelt using traditional Italian methods – these ridged tubes are spot-on for soaking up slow-cooked sauces. Think comfort food with a conscious twist. “I set out to make the best pasta," Imogen, the founder, explains. "It had to have that chewy, bouncy texture: grab sauce, cook quickly, be kind to your gut and to the planet… [this is] no compromise pasta.”
