How to Return the BRiMM box

1. Follow in sequence the numbered instructions on our box to fold it flat. (There are 5 steps).

2. Reply to your Order confirmation or email hello@wearebrimm.com requesting to return your BRiMM box.

3. We’ll send you a prepaid label to attach to the shipping label section on your folded flat box

4. We’ll let you know where you can drop off drop off your box
