Latest low-impact life reset “I just invested in a modibodi period swimming costume, no more tampons and a very chic swimming costume that means less waste and more fun!”
Favourite planet-positive products and why “I mean there are so many.
Beauty: Rollr Home: Elephant Box Fashion: Vinted Food: nibs etc.”
Tell us your all-time top second-hand find “A Fendi Baguette bag from a second-hand shop when I camped across the USA. Still the best find ever!”
Favourite walking route “Anywhere where there are woods to get lost in. Luckily, I live in Brighton so I am right next to the sea but also the South Downs where there are many incredible walks.”
Most beautiful cycle journey “I’m a city cyclist so for me the quick cycle down to the beach for a day by the sea is the best.”
If you think you're too small to make a difference, you've never been to bed with a mosquito

Most joyful weekend moment “I haven’t had a weekend off in almost two years so I have forgotten what that looks like! But if I could choose a dream weekend activity it would be my local community gym class (all my pals go and it’s so much fun!), followed by brunch, a car boot and then an evening at the sauna. We have an amazing one on the beach here in Brighton and it’s always my favourite place to be.”
Plant-based dish of dreams “I’m a terrible cook but I’m obsessed with beans of any kind, especially the ones from Bold Bean Company. So any of these recipes are delish and super easy to make which is perfect for me.”
Song that lights you up and the story behind it “I’m currently obsessed with Benson Boone. Did you see the Grammys?”
The independent coffee shop that makes you happy “I don’t drink coffee but You Juice is my all-time favorite juice spot in Brighton (they do coffee too).
Second-hand store or market worth a mooch “Honestly, Vinted is a gamechanger. Oxfam on Westbourne Grove always has some hidden treasures.”
Causes you give to every month “The Brighton & Hove Food Partnership. My Skin Feels donates 1% of every sale to this amazing cause. They’re an awesome charity that focusses on food education and reducing food waste in Brighton and Hove. We are currently collaborating and working on building a My Skin Feels-sponsored composting site for our local community.”
Beach Box year-round public sauna, Brighton Beach
Low-impact living podcast you’d recommend “To be honest, I use podcasts as pure escapism, so I listen to a lot of documentaries and interviews rather than serious issues. Currently obsessed with NearlyParents, Outlaw Ocean and many a documentary.”
Person who inspires you and why “Anita Roddick. Always.”
Quote to live by “‘ If you think you're too small to make a difference, you've never been to bed with a mosquito.’” Anita Roddick.”
What gets you every time “Anything to do with animals.”
What is love “The way my cat looks at me!”
Which issue do you care most about changing? “A mix between stopping over consumption, the importance of natural products and highlighting the issue of food waste.”
Do you have a message you’d love to share with the collective?
“Living consciously and sustainably can be super overwhelming, but you can’t do everything. Choose one area to focus on and do it really well – that’s where you can make the most difference.”
