The kind of body soap that makes you quietly retire whatever is currently in the corner.
About this product
Skin comes out of the shower feeling soft and calm, not stripped. The formula is built around betaine, a plant-derived active from sugar beet that soothes, moisturises and protects while it cleans. Glycerin from karanja oil and organic aloe vera do the rest. This is a body soap formulated for skin that dries out easily.
Orange and grapefruit open bright and sharp, neroli and cardamom warm the middle, and petitgrain and cedarwood settle it into something woody and grounding. Seven organic essential oils, no synthetics.
Each bottle carries original Indian ink artwork by fine artist Christian Newby. 100% recycled. Fully recyclable. Certified organic by the Soil Association. 98.4% natural origin.

Bessie Austin created the range because she could not find natural bodycare that felt contemporary enough. Her father Richard has been in organic retail since 1976. Together they handcraft in East Anglia and commission fine artists for the packaging. Featured in the New York Times T Magazine and Wallpaper*. Stocked at Liberty and The Conran Shop.
