Cooking Tips & Recipe Inspiration

Smoked Pesto with Beans: Sauté garlic, then add 140g of Smoked Tomato Pesto, 100ml of cream (or plant-based alternative), and 400g of butter beans. Simmer until warmed through, then serve with toasted sourdough or pasta.

Smoked Tomato Pesto Parmesan Potatoes: Toss halved Maris Piper potatoes with 150g of Smoked Tomato Pesto and seasoning. Coat with grated Parmesan and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes until golden and crispy.

Stacked Tomato Sandwich: Spread Spicy Aioli on one slice of toasted sourdough and Smoked Tomato Pesto on the other. Layer with grilled courgette, spinach, mozzarella, and tomato slices. Drizzle with olive oil and season before closing the sandwich.
