How to use
Grind fresh for each brew. Built for espresso but works across all methods: cafetiere, AeroPress, pour-over
For espresso: 18g in, 36g out, 25-30 seconds
For cafetiere: 15g per 250ml, water just off the boil, brew 4 minutes

About this product
Dark, rich and full-bodied. The Classic Blend opens with deep chocolate and a caramel sweetness that comes from a slightly darker roast profile. Behind that, a clean walnut finish and just enough acidity to keep things interesting. This is coffee for people who like their coffee to taste like coffee.
Two origins make up the blend. Ugandan beans from Bujuku bring robust, earthy depth, and Brazilian coffee from Sertao adds smooth caramel and nutty sweetness. Strong enough to cut through milk without losing its character.
