FAQs

Is this strong enough as a daily moisturiser, or is it more of a treatment?
Daily. Pea-sized amount, morning and night, on its own or under makeup. The fermented-oat and rosehip formula is gentle enough for every day and calming enough for a flare-up week, so you don't need to rest it or swap it out.
Who is it not right for?
Two people. Coeliacs — the rescued oats can share processing lines with wheat, so it's not certified gluten-free. And anyone who's reacted to essential-oil skincare — the scent comes from citrus and lemongrass oils and declares four fragrance allergens (limonene, citral, linalool, geraniol) on the label.
What does it smell like?
Fresh and citrusy. No synthetic fragrance, no perfume — the scent is a light blend of bergamot, mandarin, lemon, grapefruit and sweet orange essential oils. If you're pregnant, scent-sensitive, or new to essential-oil skincare, sniff-test before you commit.
How long does a 50ml bottle last?
Two to three months at pea-sized amounts, morning and night, face only. That's £12–£18 a month for a formula that's 99.57% natural and dermatologically tested for eczema-prone skin. Head-to-toe use drinks through it faster.
Should I use it with the Clean face wash?
Either way. It's a complete step by itself and drops into any routine. If you want the full system, we stock My Skin Feels' Clean face wash too — same fermented-oat base, same brand testing, designed to work together.
What do I do with the empty tube?
Unscrew the plastic cap from the aluminium tube. Rinse the tube and put it in kerbside recycling. The cap is PP plastic — check your council or post it back to My Skin Feels, who take caps for recycling.
