Why it's BRiMM

We’ve chosen Origin Coffee's Atlas Decaf for its exceptional blend of flavour, wellness, and environmental integrity. Ethically sourced from a women-led producer group in Colombia’s Caldas region, this decaf is crafted using an all-natural sugarcane-based process that gently removes caffeine while enhancing apple, chocolate, and caramel notes—no harsh solvents, just a pure smooth coffee.

This sugarcane method keeps the carbon footprint low by completing the decaffeination right at origin, reducing transport impact and preserving the cup’s sweetness and balance—the ideal choice for a clean-living, planet-conscious routine.

Enjoy a smoother, gentler cup: Atlas delivers rich flavour without the caffeine, supporting better sleep and reducing overstimulation, all while championing transparency, fair pricing (20% above Fairtrade level), and direct-trade values.

How to use

Brewing Atlas Decaf – A Smooth, Balanced Cup

For espresso, use 17.5g of finely ground Atlas Decaf beans (an espresso finely ground setting on grinder) and extract 32g of espresso over 28–32 seconds. This method yields a clean, balanced cup with notes of apple, chocolate, and caramel. The smooth profile also makes it excellent with milk.

For other brewing methods, such as AeroPress, V60, or Chemex, adjust the grind size and coffee-to-water ratio to suit your preferred style. Atlas Decaf is versatile and can be enjoyed black or with milk, hot or iced.

Ingredients

Atlas Decaf is sourced directly from a cooperative of women producers in Colombia's Caldas region. This initiative, led by Origin's Director of Coffee, Freda Yuan, empowers female coffee farmers by providing a platform for their exceptional coffee and ensuring they receive a premium above commodity market prices. The decaffeination process utilizes an all-natural sugarcane method, where the beans are steamed and treated with Ethyl Acetate derived from non-GMO Colombian sugarcane. This method preserves the coffee's original flavors, enhancing its natural sweetness and complexity
