About this product

Built around the lunch bowl. The cupboard gap between a good lunch and a bad one is smaller than it looks. This bundle is what fills it. Here’s what it contains:

Uppa Club Extra Virgin Avocado Oil 500ml: A smooth avocado oil for dressings, drizzling and finishing.

Nibs etc. Barley, Spelt & Walnut Savoury Granola 450g: Crunchy, savoury topping for salads, bowls, soups and roasted veg.

Bold Bean Co. Queen Chickpeas 700g: Big, creamy chickpeas for salads, bowls, stews and quick lunches.

Bold Bean Co. Queen Butter Beans 700g: Soft, generous beans that make a bowl feel like an actual meal.

Steenbergs Sea Salt Flakes 100g: Crisp finishing salt to sharpen everything at the end.

Tip the beans into a bowl, add greens or grains, dress with a vinaigrette using the avocado oil as a base, then finish with savoury granola and salt. It is not a recipe box. It is the useful bit of lunch, ready to be turned into several different meals.

This bundle contains a best-before rescue product. The Barley, Spelt & Walnut Savoury Granola is best-before 31 August 2026. Best-before dates are about quality, not food safety, and this has been stored correctly and checked before dispatch.

Steenbergs brings Fairtrade, organic sea salt to the finish. nibs etc. savoury granola on top sounds odd until you try it. Then it makes sense.

How to use

- Drain and rinse the beans. Serve cold over grains, leaves or roasted veg.
- Drizzle generously with avocado oil.
- Season with Steenbergs sea salt to taste.
- Scatter nibs etc. granola over the top for crunch.
- Works warm or cold. Ready in under five minutes.
