About this product

Pasta night, done properly. This bundle pairs two shapes from Northern Pasta Co. with two tomato sauces from Isle of Wight Tomatoes and a bottle of Citizens of Soil olive oil from Sparta. Here's what it contains:

Citizens of Soil Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil 500ml: Cold-pressed in the Peloponnese. For finishing, dressing and making the whole thing taste better.

Northern Pasta Co. Radiatori 450g: Ridged pasta built to catch sauce properly.

Northern Pasta Co. Rigatoni 450g: A bigger tube shape for baked pasta, quick sauces and anything tomato-heavy.

2 x Isle of Wight Tomatoes Smoked Tomato Pesto 140g: Rich, smoky tomato pesto for stirring straight through pasta. Best-before 31 May 2026.

2 x Isle of Wight Tomatoes Shakshuka Sauce 400g: A ready-to-go tomato sauce for eggs, pasta, beans or whatever needs rescuing. Best-before 30 June 2026.

Boil the pasta, warm the sauce, finish with oil. Add whatever's in the fridge. Eggs, greens, cheese, chilli, all fair game.

This bundle contains best-before rescue products. The Smoked Tomato Pesto is best-before 31 May 2026 and the Shakshuka Sauce is best-before 30 June 2026. Best-before dates are about quality, not food safety, and these have been stored correctly and checked before dispatch.

Why it's BRiMM

Citizens of Soil source their Greek EVOO from the Christofilakos and Valioti families in Sparta, cold-pressed from Koroneiki and Athinoelia olives. Smooth and grassy. All three are B Corp certified.

Northern Pasta Co. use bronze dies and slow-drying to give their shapes a ridged, textured surface. The difference between sauce that clings and sauce that slides off.

Isle of Wight Tomatoes grow and cook on the island, under solar. Small operation. Real flavour.

How to use

Cook the pasta al dente in heavily salted water, reserving a cup of the cooking water before draining.

Stir the Smoked Tomato Pesto through hot Rigatoni and loosen with a splash of pasta water.

Warm the Shakshuka Sauce in a wide pan and simmer the Radiatori directly in it for the last two minutes of cooking.

Finish both with the Citizens of Soil oil.

Store unopened jars in a cool, dark cupboard. Refrigerate after opening and use within five days.

Roasted Isle of Wight tomatoes (60%), sunflower oil, tomato paste (7%), garlic infused sunflower oil, sunflower seeds, basil infused sunflower oil, nutritional yeast, sea salt, smoked paprika, ground black pepper.

Isle of Wight Tomatoes Shakshuka Sauce
Isle of Wight tomatoes (47%), red and green pepper mix, white onions, tomato paste (7%), extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, smoked paprika, ground cumin, garlic, ground coriander, ground black pepper, cayenne pepper.
