Built for the nights when dinner needs to happen quickly. This is a pasta-and-sauce rescue kit with two shapes from Northern Pasta Co. and two tomato-based shortcuts from Isle of Wight Tomatoes. It is the useful bit of a weeknight meal, without the olive oil. Here’s what it contains:
Northern Pasta Co. Radiatori 450g: Ridged pasta built to catch sauce properly.
Northern Pasta Co. Rigatoni 450g: A bigger tube shape for baked pasta, quick sauces and anything tomato-heavy.
2 x Isle of Wight Tomatoes Smoked Tomato Pesto 140g: Rich, smoky tomato pesto for stirring straight through pasta.
2 x Isle of Wight Tomatoes Shakshuka Sauce 400g: A ready-to-go tomato sauce for eggs, pasta, beans or whatever needs rescuing.
Boil the pasta, warm the sauce, add whatever you have in the fridge. Eggs, greens, beans, cheese, chilli oil, all fair game.
This bundle contains best-before rescue products.
The Smoked Tomato Pesto is best-before 31 May 2026, and the Shakshuka Sauce is best-before 30 June 2026. Best-before dates are about quality, not food safety, and these have been stored correctly and checked before dispatch.

Northern Pasta Co slow-dries their pasta over 36 hours to get the surface texture right — the kind that actually holds sauce. Isle of Wight Tomatoes grows under glass on the island and makes sauces from the same fruit. No filler, no added sugar, real tomato flavour. Two of each sauce means the week is sorted without repeating yourself.
Best-before on the sauces. The pasta is fine. Dinner is not in question.
How to use
How to use
- Salt the water generously. Cook rigatoni or radiatori for 10-12 minutes until al dente.
- Warm the sauce separately in a pan.
- Reserve a cup of pasta water before draining.
- Combine and loosen with pasta water as needed.
- The pesto also works cold, stirred through warm pasta off the heat.
- The shakshuka sauce works with eggs: bring to a simmer, crack two eggs in, cover and cook 5-6 minutes.
