Verden's Herbanum is the lighter counterpart to the Arborealist, a 100% natural fragrance built from lavandin, cedar and wild herbs that sits somewhere between a meadow in the morning and a kitchen garden at its peak.
The formula is pH-balanced, enriched with pumpkin seed oil and glycerine so skin stays clean and comfortable rather than stripped.
Equally good as a hand wash and a shower body wash. The bottle is 99% post-consumer recycled PET. Made in the UK.

Herbanum is the scent that people describe before they describe the product. It smells green and alive, somewhere between a walled herb garden on a warm afternoon and the first cut of lavender in high summer, and it lingers on skin and in the room long after the water stops running.
The lather is thick and generous, the kind that makes you slow down rather than rush through, and the formula leaves skin feeling genuinely soft rather than tight or waxy.
Arabella Preston and Charlotte Semler created Verden after building Votary because they wanted daily rituals to carry the same quality as skincare, and this is the wash that proves the point. Made entirely in the UK.

How to use
Works as both a body wash in the shower and a hand wash at the sink.
Massage a small amount onto wet skin, working into a lather.
Rinse thoroughly.
Follow with a Verden Hand & Body Balm to lock in moisture and layer the scent.
Suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.
