The blend of Koroneiki and Athinolia olives is cold-pressed within 24 hours of picking, ensuring freshness and preserving its high polyphenol content of 500 mg/kg.

With an acidity of just 0.17%, this oil offers a smooth, creamy texture and a complex flavour profile, including notes of fresh-cut grass, herbs, tomatoes, apples, and a subtle cracked pepper finish.
