About this product
Spearmint rather than peppermint gives this floss a lighter, slightly sweeter flavour that makes daily flossing less of a chore.
The material is PA1010, a bio-nylon made from castor oil rather than fossil fuels, coated in candelilla wax for a smooth glide. It is translucent, strong enough for tight contacts, and gentle on gums without the shredding that plagues some natural flosses.
The 50m roll sits in a refillable glass dispenser with an aluminium cutting lid. Vegan Society certified, Leaping Bunny approved. Made in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. Entirely plastic-free.

We tried a lot of natural flosses before stocking this one. Most were too fragile. The bio-nylon from castor oil that Georganics use holds together between tight contacts, has a lower carbon footprint than petroleum nylon, and is certified vegan.
Spearmint oil adds antibacterial support while you floss. The spaces between your teeth account for around 40% of the tooth surface, and brushing alone does not reach them.
This is the simplest addition to a proper oral care routine.

How to use
Pull out roughly 30 to 40cm of floss
Wind most of it around both middle fingers, leaving a few centimetres taut between them
Guide gently between each tooth using a C-shape motion against the tooth surface, sliding just below the gum line
Floss once daily, ideally before bed
Pair with Georganics Oil Pulling Mouthwash for a deeper clean before brushing

About This Brand
Georganics was founded in 2014 by Alex Rocchi, who started making natural toothpaste at a Crystal Palace farmers' market after deciding that conventional oral care relied on too many synthetic ingredients it did not need.
The range is now manufactured in-house in Haywards Heath, West Sussex, and stocked in over 1,000 retailers across 15 countries.
In addition to their comprehensive certifications, they also run a zero-to-landfill scheme for used toothbrush heads.
Packaging is entirely plastic-free: glass jars, aluminium lids, and biodegradable paper cartons printed with vegetable-based inks.
