How to use

To prepare your masala chai:

Combine 1/2 teaspoon of the spice blend with 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of milk.

Add your preferred black tea leaves.

Simmer the mixture for 5–10 minutes, adjusting the time for desired strength.

Strain and sweeten to taste.

For a milder flavour, start with less spice and adjust according to preference. You can also add the spice mix directly to a tea infuser with your tea leaves.
