About this product

Dark, warming and properly spiced. The cacao is single-origin from São Tomé, made from raw unprocessed beans rather than the alkalised powder most drinking chocolates use, so the chocolate flavour is deeper and more complex. Cardamom and cinnamon carry the chai character, with ginger adding a quiet heat at the finish and lucuma bringing a natural caramel sweetness in place of refined sugar.

The mushroom extracts (Lion's Mane, Reishi and Maitake) are from pure organic fruiting bodies, third-party tested. One bag makes twelve cups.
