We like this one because it does two things at once. The chocolate itself is excellent: 75% dark single-origin cacao with a pistachio nut butter centre, whole pistachio pieces for crunch and a salt finish. Under 2g of sugar, sweetened with dates. It won three stars at the 2024 Nourish Awards in the Vegan category.

Then there's the Lion's Mane. It's a mushroom extract that stimulates nerve growth factor, supporting focus and mental clarity. Cosmic Dealer uses pure fruiting body extract rather than the diluted mycelium-on-grain most brands use, so you're getting a meaningful amount of the active compounds in each square. A genuinely good chocolate that also sharpens your thinking is a hard combination to argue with.
