About this product
Buttery macadamia with a sharp raspberry edge, wrapped in dark, slightly bitter 75% cacao. The texture is dense and smooth rather than snappy, closer to a praline than a chocolate bar.
Each square is individually wrapped in recyclable paper, so they keep well and travel easily. Four squares per box, 80g total.

These are thick, generous squares of 75% dark chocolate with a macadamia nut butter centre and real freeze-dried raspberry running through it. Each one has less than 2g of sugar, sweetened with dates instead of refined sugar, which brings the total down by around 80% compared to a standard filled chocolate.
Cosmic Dealer sweetens with dates instead of refined sugar, and the cacao is single-origin and traceable. The whole thing is certified organic and handmade in France, individually wrapped in recyclable paper. We wanted a chocolate you could eat every day without the usual trade-offs, and this is it.

About This Brand
Cosmic Dealer was founded in Paris in 2020 by Monique Foy and Fati Nabil, both former fashion directors at Ami Paris, who set out to make functional food that could sit on a shelf at Le Bon Marché and actually taste good.
Everything is certified organic (AB), vegan and handmade in France. Their chocolate is third-party lab tested for heavy metal purity, with cadmium levels seventeen times lower than the EU maximum for dark chocolate.
