Most premium dark chocolate takes itself very seriously. Small bars, restrained flavours, solemn tasting notes. FATSO goes the other way: 150g of chunky 60% dark chocolate packed with salted pretzel pieces, whole almonds and honeycomb. It is a big, fun, generous bar.

The cacao is single-origin from Luker Chocolate, a family-owned cooperative in Colombia with Fino de Aroma certification, a quality grade only 8% of cocoa growers globally achieve. A percentage from each bar funds The Chocolate Dream, supporting education and clean water in Colombian cocoa communities. We like that the most indulgent bar we stock also has one of the strongest sourcing stories behind it.
