FATSO was founded in 2022 by Ella McKay, who left a corporate marketing career to prove dark chocolate could be as fun as milk chocolate without compromising on ethics or quality. Every bar is made from single-origin Fino de Aroma certified cacao from Luker Chocolate, a family-owned cooperative in Colombia.
