How to use
How to use
One bag per cup. Boil water to 100°C, steep 4+ minutes, no milk.
Brew it 30 minutes before bed, or add to a warm bath for the full wind-down effect.
A drizzle of Black Bee Honey takes the edge off the floral notes.
