Dozy Girl smells like a herb garden and tastes like it too: chamomile first, then lavender and rose settling in underneath, with none of the soapy flatness that puts you off most chamomile blends. Lemon verbena and hibiscus keep it from tipping into pure floral perfume, so it stays drinkable rather than decorative.

It's naturally caffeine-free, no melatonin, no added sleep aids, just an old combination of herbs doing what they've always done for anyone trying to switch off. Every bag is plastic-free, made from Soilon rather than sealed plastic mesh, and fully biodegradable.

One bag per cup. Boil water to 100°C, steep 4+ minutes, no milk.

Brew it 30 minutes before bed, or add to a warm bath for the full wind-down effect.
