Rhubarb & Custard tastes exactly like the sweet shop version: tangy rhubarb against smooth vanilla, with a rooibos base doing the work most black teas would ruin with tannins. It's the closest thing to eating a penny sweet without the sugar crash.

Rooibos is naturally caffeine-free and antioxidant-rich, so this one earns a place in the evening rotation as easily as the afternoon. Calendula petals and vanilla pieces build the 'custard' character. There's no added sugar doing the work instead. It's a Great Taste Award winner, and every bag is plastic-free, made from Soilon rather than sealed plastic mesh.

How to use

One bag per cup. Boil water to 100°C, steep 4+ minutes, with or without milk (oat milk brings out the custard note).
