About this product

Hamararo is bright and clean in the cup. The citric acidity is the first thing you notice, sharp and clear, and the body is light enough that the flavour stays precise rather than heavy. Best drunk black, where nothing interrupts the clarity of the cup.

From Ethiopia's Sidama region, grown at high altitude. Whole bean, 250g, roasted in small batches at Origin's Porthleven roastery in Cornwall.
