About this product
Pathfinder is sweet and fruit-forward in the cup. Cranberry and pink grapefruit at the top, jammy sweetness through the middle, dark chocolate on the finish. The acidity is vibrant rather than sharp, which is what makes it work particularly well as an espresso without milk.
The blend is seasonal, rotating origin 3-4 times a year. The current iteration is a washed lot from Rwanda, with fresh citrus and floral notes. The tasting profile stays consistent even as the components change, which is the point: Origin use direct trade relationships in lesser-recognised producing countries to build a blend that tastes the same every time you buy it, just from somewhere new. Whole bean, 250g, roasted at Origin's Porthleven roastery in Cornwall.

Why it's BRiMM
Why it's BRiMM
Pathfinder is built around one idea: sweetness and fruit in an espresso. The components change 3-4 times a year as Origin rotates the origin based on seasonality and their direct trade relationships, always choosing lesser-recognised producing countries. The flavour character stays consistent: jammy, vibrant, fruit-forward with a dark chocolate finish. It's best drunk without milk, where the fruit notes come through cleanest. Roasted in Cornwall by Europe's Best Speciality Coffee Roaster 2023 and 2024.
